Tess and Honey were featured on Good Morning America, sharing their story to bring awareness to mental health and youth suicide. They emphasize the importance of being there for people that are struggling, and how effective it can be to sit and listen to what they have to say. They’ve learned that making someone feel comfortable and acknowledged can make a huge difference over time.

If you or someone you know is struggling, call the Suicide and Crisis Lifeline at 988 or text Crisis Text Line by texting “LIV” to 741-741.
