What We Offer

Programming &
Resources

The Liv Project creates programs and tools that help young people, families, and communities talk openly about mental health and prevent suicide. Our work is designed to foster connection, spark fearless conversations, and provide hope.

The Film

My Sister Liv is a powerful film about mental health stigma, social media pressure, and the aftermath for survivors left behind in a suicide — told through a big sister’s desperate love and a family’s journey toward hope.

Youth Interactive Workshops

Our custom workshops use The Game That Goes There® and creative activities to foster fearless conversation and create supportive spaces for youth to connect, build community, and explore topics they often feel unable to discuss on their own.

Facilitator Workshop

Equip yourself to lead meaningful and trauma-informed conversations with The Game That Goes There®. This hands-on training empowers therapists, educators, nurses, and community leaders to facilitate the game safely across clinical, educational, and community settings.

Keynote Speaking

Tess’s keynotes blend storytelling with creative engagement. Drawing on her background in theatre and education, Tess uses art to help young people talk about mental health, grief, and resilience — inspiring audiences nationwide to have fearless conversations.

Resources

A curated collection of trusted mental health and suicide prevention tools for young people, families, and educators, because fearless conversations save lives, and no one should navigate hard moments alone.

The Game

The Game That Goes There® is a fun conversation game for youth ages 13+ that allows players to openly share their feelings and develop connection and empathy, eliminating the stigma and shame associated with mental health.
