Tess: Sharing Stories, Saving Lives
Tess is a Philadelphia-based artist, arts educator, mental health advocate, and suicide loss survivor. After losing her sister, Liv, to suicide in 2019, she co-founded The Liv Project with her mother, Honey, grounded in the belief that fearless conversations can save lives.
With a BFA in Theatre Arts from the University of the Arts, Tess uses creativity, storytelling, and human connection to help young people express themselves, build resilience, and feel seen, heard, and supported. Through sharing her story and mission, Tess inspires audiences and demonstrates how connection and fearless conversations can save young lives.

Facilitator Interactive Workshop
Talk. Listen. Transform.
The Liv Project’s Facilitator Workshop equips educators, mental health professionals, youth-serving organizations, and community leaders with the tools and confidence to create safe, supportive spaces for meaningful conversations about mental health. Participants learn how to facilitate The Game That Goes There® and use creative, connection-centered activities that help young people express themselves, build coping skills, and feel seen, heard, and supported. The workshop includes practical guidance, hands-on experience, and resources facilitators can use in schools, organizations, and community settings.
